Split the City$/$State column into two individual columns, City and State. Remove the City$/$State field, if necessary.Mac users, select the range D$2$:D$11.$ On the Data tab, select Text to Columns. Enter a hyphen $(-)$ as the delimiter. In cell D$1,$ type City and in cell E$1$ type State.
