3. Think about a process where most of the components are manual (meaning a human makes most of the decisions, not necessarily physical work) that you're familiar with. It can be a business process such as placing an order, registering for classes, planning the workforce requirements for the next period, purchasing stocks, etc. Explain the process or draw it in a flow-process map such as figure 4.1. Now, think which parts of the process can be automated/ mechanized so that human requirement is minimal. Explain how you would reengineer the process to make it more efficient. Explain how the reengineered system works and/or draw the process. (30 points)
