3. What is your evaluation of Scott Fisher and Rob Hall as leaders '3' Did they make some poor decisions ? If so , why ? Ihave watched movie about this tragedy and saying honestly from the very beginning leaders have made wrong decisions . I think that they should better examine their team members , their health etc. As well as be aware that the weather is changing fast - they as a professionals should know that always is a possibility of extreme situation . I won't say that they are bad leaders , but I think that they let things go hang
