Article 74 of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia provides that Parliament may make laws

with respect to any of the matters stated in the Federal List.

1) Please choose one (1) subject matter that is prescribed under the Federal List. For example

you might choose education, finance or defence.

2) Find and discuss one regulation i.e. law which have been made by the Parliament for the

matter which you have chosen. You can also discuss on any current issues which are

connected to the subject matter and the law. For example, you may choose finance and one of

the law for Malaysian finance is the Financial Services Act 2013. Therefore, you can write on

Financial Services Act 2013 and the current issues which are connected to the Financial

Services Act 2013.
