Design a memory decoder circuitry placing the memory ICs into the address ranges shown in the figure.

Use only one 74LS138 (3-to-8 decoder) and logic gates if necessary. Write a program to calculate the

function f(x. y: =) = * XOR (y AND =) where x, y and z are the first 3 contents of the memory locations

of the ROM2. Store the f(x. y, z) into the last memory location of the RAM.
