Sixty percent (60%) of the sales were on credit and the amount owing by debtors on 31 December 2019 was R200 000. The bad debts for 2019 totalled R90 000. Credit terms to debtors are 30 days. 3.3 REQUIRED Study the information given below and calculate the after-tax profit on the new sales (5 marks) INFORMATION The owner of Zenju Traders is considering selling on credit to customers in a new market. Sales from these customers are expected to amount to R300 000. However, 20% of the sales are expected to be uncollectible. Additional collection costs are estimated to be 8% of sales. Production and selling costs are expected to amount to 65% of sales. The firm is in the 30% tax bracket
