3a. In this problem, we would learn how to generate the sampling distribution of a statistic using Excel. Generate 200 samples each of sample size 40 from a normal distribution with a mean of 3 and standard deviation of 5. Please use 1370 as a random seed. Now take the mean of each sample (so, you will get 200 means, one for each of the 200 samples). Plot a histogram of these 200 means using 7 bins. Obtain the counts for each of the bins. Normalize these counts to 1 (by calculating Counts/sum of all Counts for each bin). Normalized counts sum to 1 and therefore they can be (approximately) thought of as probabilities. This is an approximate way of constructing the sampling distribution of the mean.
