Grading You will be assessed according to the following rubric. 6 Points 72%-12:32 pm Calculate the cost for both provinces of statutory holiday pay for the entire year (including Remembrance Day in both BC and MB): BC has one more holiday besides Remembrance Day than Manitoba, so for that day, MB's pay is 8 hours regular rate, BC's rate is the same as the other stats. For all other stat days, 8 hours worked except for Remembrance Day using these three models: 2 hours 8 hours 16 hours worked Assumptions: 100 staff, $20/hour, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day for everyone, working all the days.
