4. Friz and Chrome are good friends and are both students from the University of the Cordilleras. Friz and Chrome entered into a contract of sale wherein Friz sold her laptop to Chrome so that the latter may use it for the University's online class. Since the laptop was so important to Friz, she and Chrome agreed that she would have the right to buy the laptop back from Chrome after 1 year. Chrome then used the laptop for 2 months and decided to sell it to another person named Catya without telling Friz. After a year, Friz comes to Chrome to buy back the laptop only to find out that he had already sold it to another friend , Catya. Friz then tries to buy back the laptop form Catya but the latter argues that she cannot buy back the laptop anymore since there was no agreement between Chrome and Catya that the laptop could be bought back. Can Friz still buy back the laptop?
