A process that I would like to see improved in my workstation is the process of turning in broken, damaged, or unused equipment or tools. There comes a time where equipment starts to degrade and can't be used anymore. The reason I picked this process is because majority of the time most noncritical assets that are deemed unserviceable are turned in or stored in a storage area and forgot about which turns into a vast pile of unserviceable items. To improve on this process the business must analzye the current process. During this time managers can collect data identifing what task are required, what task can be excluded, and which can be simplified. Once the current process has been alayzed, review the data collected. Determine at what task in the process does the turn in process become difficult or out of reach. Managers must coordinate with supervisors for input on why the process is failing and what can be done to
