4. Write an asset acquisition request The first part of the request is a short financial report on the cafe's assets. Summarise the assets worth and condition You are then required to develop a plan for the acquisition, maintenance and replacement of the three assets as discussed at the meeting. Include the specialist's equipment specifications when describing that asset. Use the internet to research the three acquisitions Find at least three options for each of the three acquisitions. Include current, accurate and relevant data about each by including the website where you have found the offer. Include also the contractual conditions of the purchase if there are any. For each acquisition, decide which would be most appropriate and give a reason for this decision. Estimate the total cost of the three acquisitions based on your internet research. Summarise the owner's statements on their ability to acquire the assets. Research and describe at least two other methods of financing the acquisitions other than the owner paying for them out of his pocket. Select the method that you consider to be the most appropriate.
