The women are at least 21 years old, of Pima Indian heritage, and living near Phoenix, Arizona. They tested for diabetes according to World Health Organization criteria. Perform the following statistical tests. a. b. Evaluate the hypothesis that the population mean of diastolic blood pressure for Pima Indian women is not 70. Find the difference between the sample means of diastolic blood pressure for diabetic and nondiabetic Pima Indian women. Is the difference between the means of diastolic blood pressure statistically significant at 0.01 level? c. Design some statistical problems. In order to analyze data, use appropriate tests such as Chi-squares, ANOVA etc.
