4.2. Variation Request The owner, Mr Bonde, after signing the documentation, calls in and requests a variation. He asks that the builder include a pair of glass doors between the entry and the lounge room. John, the supervisor who took the request, reviews the plans and then emails Mr Bonde a response to his request, quoting the change at the price of $750 including GST. Mr Bonde replies back and feels that the price is too high and not what he expected for the type of doors he wants. John sends a further reply, after reviewing what type of doors Mr Bonde wants installed, and offers $600 + GST to which Mr Bonde agrees.
