this system.
Customer Request: The products are requested to come out at intervals of exactly 2.5
minutes.
Nothing should take place in the 3m radius around the M1 during operation.
Nothing should take place in the area of 2m radius around the M2 during operation.|
Conveyor belt acceleration should be at most 1ms2 to avoid damage to the
products. Conveyor belt speed shall be at most 1ms.
The machines can be set up to perform their operations in the following data:
M1: 30-50 s (resolution 1s)
M2: 40-60 s (resolution 1s)
M3: 45-55 s (resolution 1s)
Neglect the distance between the point where the product reaches the belt and the
point where M1 is operating.
Assume that the product leaves the band when M3 has finished the operation.
a) Write the requirement regarding the position (distance from the beginning of the tape)
where M3 should be placed.
b) There is a Customer Requirement which states the total duration of process shall be
exactly 2.5 minutes. Perform necessary analysis about the processing times of the
machines and write the requirements in accordance with the requirement writing rules.
