Cash $40,000. Cleaning supplies $ 20,000. Accounts payable s 20,000 - Accounts receivable $40,000. The following are the transactions of January, 2020: Jan 1: Purchased used car for $10,000, paying $3,000 cash and the balance on account. 3: Purchased cleaning supplies for $2,000 on account. 5: Paid $1,200 cash on one-year insurance policy. 12: Billed customers $10,000 for cleaning services. 18: Paid $1,000 cash on amount owed on car and $500 on amount owed on cleaning supplies 20: Paid $1,200 cash for employee salaries. 21: Collected $5,000 cash from customers billed on Jan 12 23: Billed customers $3,000 for cleaning services. 28: Paid Gas and Oil for month on car $200 31:Mr. Fadl, withdrew $600 cash for personal use. Adjusting data A-Earned but unbilled fees at July 31 was $4,000 B- Depreciation on car for the month was $200 C- One month of the insurance expired.
