Rinn had a contract to supply a quantity of black and white beans to Parent Seeds Ltd.

Untortunately, Rinn's crop was damaged by frost and he couldn't deliver the beans from his

tarm. He then mnade arrangements to obtain the beans from another source and Parent

accepted the alternative white beans supplied, not knowing Rinn didn't grow them. Parent

refused to take delivery of the black beans, claiming that the contract had been trustrated.

Explain the arguments that could be advanced by both parties. How would it
