5. Script to the stakeholders: I, the vice president and chief underwriter at CitiMortgage, a subsidiary of the REL, would like to bring to your notice on the unethical practices I have faced at my time in the company since the year 2006. I have attached the following documents with the detailed report on all the unethical practices including fraudulent activities. My former colleague Richard Bowen and I at our time in Citi identified these fraudulent activities in the processes and internal controls of which reported did not receive any feedback by the upper authorities. Instead of taking action, we were questioned on these findings. 1 even went ahead and warned my superiors, they would always argue that it was the technical exceptions that I was finding. In the year 2008, we were also stripped of our responsibilities. Bowen was ready to testify to the FCIC, however, he was censored and under the pressure of Citi lawyers, he had to delete around 28 pages of his testimony, any mention of his concern that Citi has materially misrepresented its certifications of internal records and the list of individuals involved. This activity will not only harm the reputation of the company but has also violated the rights and trust of our investors and borrowers. I strongly believe in following the rules and never considered violating any rules. I have always worked hard in investigating and finding solutions to every fraud case we have faced. I even created a new email address to inform the FBI hoping that they would be interested in investigating the claims, however, I have not heard back from them. As an employee at Citi even my team and my rights have been violated where I have been recently threatened by my executive to make changes in a report which is based on facts
