(5) Wrapping this up, please review the telecom license agreement located in the Project Documents folder and let me know your thoughts on whether we can confidently proceed with acquiring the property without a telecom tower being placed in the middle of the project at some point in the future. If not, what do we need to do to assure us that the telecom companies won't bother us in the future? Also, after only a cursory review of the document, I'm not sure whether it is intended to serve as an easement, a license or a lease. Let me know your thoughts
