5.1 Individual assignment (60%) Students have to prepare an individual assignment designed to initiate them into working with an organisation (could be a corporate, not for profit, public, governmental or social enterprise organisation) of their choice that is undergoing or preparing for change, and to stimulate their reflection about what change means for organisations and how different organisational contexts influence change initiatives. The focus of the assignment is to identify and analyse the current external and internal context of the organisation, and its strategic position. Identify the forces for change which the organisation currently and in the future experiences and the most appropriate levers for transformation which the organisation should address to be well positioned for the possible (most likely) futures. Recommendations must be included to round off the assignment
