1. What aspects of the paradigm do you notice being used in the article or video?Why do these characteristics best reflect the paradigm that they do? This question should be given a lot of consideration because a solid response will allow you to show that you have a thorough comprehension of the paradigm you have selected.

2. What subject matter are the authors interested in? Do they want to change how the current political and economic system functions, or do they only want to make organisations within that system perform better?
