5.Macdonald Campus of McGill University has implemented a new sustainability measure that will redirect heat output (BTUs) from freezers and other equipment with the aim to minimize heating costs. Sensors were placed in strategic air ducts to determine the contributions of the equipment generating BTUs. After six winters, McGill wishes to compare whether the BTU contributions of the equipment are significant when compared to before the redirection of heat. The results for average air duct winter temperature in Celsius are provided:
