6. Determine one spokesman to present your group's findings to the class. This presenter should be different than before. In the next activity you will select another spokesperson so everyone will get a chance to present at some point this semester. Your presentation should be no more than 5 mins per scenario (that is plenty of time). Try and stick to your analysis, we do not need to review the theory or we do not need a recap of the questions. Make sure everyone helps the presenter with the presentation. In large proposal presentations it's the team's responsibility to make sure the presenter is prepared to give the final presentation. In the real world during a formal bidding process if anyone but the chosen spokesperson speaks that team runs the risk of being disqualified from the competition
