Jack owned a large farm on a lake. he ws employed as a supervisor hired jill as a secretary. after a few months jack invited jill for dinner at his farm. after both had consumed intoxicating beverages, jack and jill went for a walk. as they approached a pier that jack was building. jack told jill not to on the pier as it was not completed and dangerous, especilly in the dark. jill reminded jack that they were not at work and he could not tell her what to do. she then ran onto the pier and fell into the water after tripping over a pail of water. jack rescued her and she sustained serious injuries to her back, neck and ego. should she sue, on what basis and what are jack's defenses.
