Credit sales are collected in two equal installments. Ist in the gap of one month after cash sales and next is after two month of cash sales. 50% purchase is on cash basis and remaining will be paid after one month. Leg in payment of Wages & Salaries is months basis. Office expenses are paid on monthly basis. Advance tax is paid in the month of January and March of Rs.8000 and Rs. 5000 respectively. 10% commission is allowed on cash sales. The Opening balance of cash is Rs. 35,000 as on 1st Feb.
