Leaders must be able to lead others to a particular objective and be will respected from the people underneath them . In order to make sure that a team reaches their goal, a leader must be able to motivate the people on their team. This does not mean that a leader is ultimately responsible for the success of an entire project . Most of the time , a manager has no hands on time within a team , but control and manage the people underneath them . A leader however leads from the outside in and makes sure that a growth initiative is being achieved
