7.2 (8) One of the current shareholder has requested that the business repurchase his shares in April 2021. The business has agreed to this request. Mkhize Manufacturers Ltd has an authorised share capital of 1 000 000 ordinary shares. 520 000 ordinary shares valued at R3 020 000, were in issue on 1 March 2020, the beginning of the financial year.
