Kneecap did not rovide any explanation and made a further demand for immediate payment. Taylor m pay until he received a satisfactory explanation. Kneecap then embarked on a campaign of harassment They made violent threats to Taylor, and repeatedly telephoned his employer, making various teem about Taylor. They told his employer that Taylor had defrauded them, that he had a court order against him, and that he was secretly working part-time for a competitor firm. As a result. even though Taylor denied all these allegations, he was red by his employer. Discuss the legal issues that arise here and any remedies that Taylor might have aaainst Kneecap. [10 marks]
