8. You have stock solutions of primers AluPV92 Forward and AluPV92 Reverse at 100M concentration. You need to make a PCR Master mix cocktail using your 2X Master Mix and these primer stocks. The primers in your PCR Master mix cocktail should have a final (working) concentration of 0.2M.
