SWOT analysis is a framework used to evaluate a company's competitive position and to develop strategic planning. ABC University has hired you to help them with their marketing decision making. 

Develop a SWOT tool to perform the analysis matrix on this based upon the following issues. 

Answer them in a table format. Your table should contain internal and external factors with all the elements of SWOT 

a. ABC university is in the heart of the city and can be easily accessed by public transport

b. The library is having very old books and has no latest books

c. The faculty has rich experience and come from different parts of the world

d. ABC university doesn’t have any international accreditations

e. One of the other universities will be hosting programs from UK.

f. ABC University has added new programs to attract new students

g. Few faculty members will be leaving the ABC university next month.

h. There is a new University opening in the country

i. The other University has increased the fees on all courses by 10%

j. The ABC University has very good infrastructure.
