b) (20 pt.) For the circuit you have designed, write a Python program, which control the rotation speed and direction of 450 /Step stepper motor. The toggle switch is used to control the direction of rotation (Left or Right) and the push button is used to control the speed of rotation which motor speed will increase with each press on the push button by 20% of the full speed.
