The cylindrical shaft is produced by filament winding of carbon fibers with epoxy as a symmetric laminate with 4 plies. The material is AS/3501 carbon epoxy and all of material properties are given in the table below. The sequence of the plies are schematically drawn as presented in the below figure. For this composite shaft, without failure determine the highest achievable torque. (Apply Maximum Stress Failure Theory)
