The company uses "ALL QUANTITY DISCOUNT (AQOS) and the cost of shipping one unit from warehouse i to customer is as per the following price schedule Quantity 0-25 26-50 51-100 Price per unit 10 8 6 For example: If 60 units are being shipped on a particular route, all the 60 will be charged at the rate of 6 per unit. Similarly, if only 20 units are being shipped along a route, all the 20 will be charged at the rate of 10 per unit. Develop a linear integer programming model to determine the optimal shipment plan.
