cell array RCData contains data concerning a number of RC (resistor-capacitor) circuits. The first row contains {'R [ohms]' 'C [farads]' 'Initial Vc' 'Final Vc'}. Each element in the second row is an

vector containing data referred to in the corresponding column of the first row. The first column vector has resistance values, the second column contains capacitance values, the third column contains the initial voltage for each RC pair in the first two columns, and the last column contains desired final voltages. The two voltages will always have the same sign
