(ii) Calculate the Budgeted Cost for Work Performed (BCWP)/Earned Value (EV). [2 marks] 

(iii) Calculate the variance (CV) and determine whether the project is under or over budget. [2 marks]

 (iv) Calculate the scheduled variance (SV) and determine whether the project is behind or ahead of schedule. [2 marks] 

(v) Calculate the cost performance index (CPI) and determine whether the project is over or under budget. [2 marks]

 (vi) Calculate the schedule performance index (SPI) and determine whether the project is ahead or behind schedule. [2 marks] 

(vii) Calculate the Estimate at Completion (EAC). [2 marks] 

(viii) Calculate the Estimate to Complete (ETC). [2 marks]

 (ix) Calculate the time required to complete the project. [2 marks]
