After the period of probation, the school authorities informed Afakpanga and Afa that the school was not interested in giving them permanent appointments because of unsatisfactory performance. Required: i) Provide a justification of whether in the circumstance of the case, there was either a breach of condition of the contract or a breach of warranty.
