A bank requires to convert its existing banking Software into C++. The bank offers three types of accounts: Savings, Checking and Junior. For each account, it is required to store the account number, the name of account holder and the balance in the account. Each account supports two key operations, deposit and withdrawal. Saving account requires a minimum balance to be maintained and on each transaction (deposit or withdrawal), a fee of 50 PKR is deducted from the account. For the Junior account (meant for kids), if there is a deposit of more than 5000 PKR, it is reported to the parents of the child. For the checking account, a transaction of more than 500,000 PKR results in a deduction of 1% processing charges.
