A barbershop has two barbers. Customers visit the barbershop for a haircut, a shave, or both with the given probabilities in the below table. Service durations of each barber and the arrival rates of customers are also given in the table. The service time of a customer demanding both services is simply the sum of two service durations. 7 % percent of the customers require extra service (trimming, grooming, etc.) after they receive the initial service. The duration for the extra service is just 10% of the initial service they get (the barber must give the extra service immediately after the initial service). The shop closes its doors to new customers at 18:00 but keeps working for the customers already in the shop.

For the animation requirement, animate the customers with different colored ball types and use the red ball for the customers demanding extra service.

Run the model for one replication and collect statistics on the cycle time of customers based on the service type they get and the utilizations of barbers. Type your statistics into the table below and past it to the Arena file. Submit your file in the next question.
