B) During the recent pandemic crisis outbreak, all students are given long break from school. Ahmad is a healthy, 16-year-old boy who decided to go for temporary employment during the break to help with his family financial situation. He manages to secure a kitchen job in a restaurant in the city where he lives. His working hours is 8 p.m to 11 p.m every day, with an hourly pay of RM3.50/hour. His main job involves cleaning the kitchen, which include cleaning the dishes, pots, and pans, and he will be the only one doing this job. To do the job properly, he needs to soak all pots and pans in a powerful chemical cleaning solution. He uses long, industrial grade kitchen gloves to protect his hands and arms. One night, as Ahmad was trying to lift three oversized, heavy pans out of the cleaning solution at once, the pans slipped out of his hands and fell back into the solution. It caused the solution to splash all over the side of his face and some got into his eye. Due to this accident, Ahmad's eyesight was severely damaged, causing him to be temporarily blind in one eye. The injury lasted for two weeks. Ahmad was lucky, he got his eyesight back. He quits the job soon after the injury, thinking that it was indeed a dangerous job for a boy of his age.

i. Identify the occupational and safety hazard(s) in this case.

ii. In the first place, what could be done by Ahmad to prevent the accident?

iii. Has the employer violated any regulations stipulated by the Law for youth employment? Explain your answer.
