Be sure not to list action items, but the overall goal to achieve in the next 2-12 weeks. Make this as specific as possible. o M- Measurable: How will you know you achieved the goal? This portion should be your action item or your outcome of the action item. o A- Achievable: What do you need to achieve this goal? What resources do you have or need to help you reach this goal? o R- Relevant: What was your reason for choosing this goal?
