(a) A customer has a name and a street address and a unique phone number.

(b) Each order is identified by a unique order number.

(c) A typical order can be for one or more products.

(d) Each product can only be sold once per order.

(e) Each product has a unique item number.

Write the schemas for the entity-relationship diagram of the Problem, using the methods given in the book and discussed in class.
