(Assume: Plug flow reactor and ideal gas behavior)
(i) Calculate the volume of reactor for both experimental and commercial reactor
(ii) Calculate the no. of lengths of 25 mm ID x 2 m length pipe that are needed for 80% conversion
(iii) Calculate the number of pipe [Similar to specification of Q(iii)] by graphical method for commercial plant(attach the graph sheet)
(iv) Should they (pipe length) be arranged in parallel or in series? Give reason
