A child's IEP establishes the appropriate services a school is to deliver to a child eligible under IDEA. At times, however, schools fail to deliver all of the services required by the IEP. Is perfect implementation of the IEP required by law? When does the imperfect implementation of an IEP violate the law? Read "Van Duyn v.
