    • A COMAHS study on the effect of Nescafe and Moringa on energy-yielding in the body used eighteen male volunteers. Nine of the men took pure Nescafe drink while the rest were given Moringa drink. All were asked to do exercise thereafter each volunteer had their respiratory exchange ratio (RER) measured. RER is an indicator of how much energy is produced from food or drink intake.
