A country charges its citizens an income tax each year. The tax rate is based on the Income of the year according to the following table:

10000 <= Income < 20000 10.4%

20000 <= Income < 40000 15.6%

Income >= 40000 23.7%

Write a function that takes a persons income and returns his taxes. The main function should prompt the user for his income, call the function, and print out his taxes. C++
