A cross sectional study was conducted to determine possible risk factors for migraine headaches. Respondents were categorized as having migraines if they responded yes to the question "have you had a bad headache in the last month?" One of the risk factors is a high sodium diet. Respondents were asked a yes/no question about whether they ate a high sodium diet in the last month. Select the best answer that describes the potential issue with this study.
