The outer surface of the film is pure water. Estimate the rate as kilogram per hour at which the crystals dissolves by calculating the flux of CuSO4 from the crystal surface to the bulk solution. You can use following data: Atomic weights of Cu:63.5, S:32, O:16; limiting ionic conductance of copper in water (at 25oC) is 41.7.
