A CSTR WITH THE CAPACITY OF $5$M$3,$ INLET water flow is controlled by level control valve taking signal from level indicator of CSTR$.$ Level set point is at at $80\%.$ Outlet of this CSTR is being injected to crude desalter at rate of $20$m$3/$hr through flow control valve.water temperature depends on ATM temp. on the basis of above scenario implement the following in step by step manner

$1.$ Identify the control variables, manipulated variables, and the disturbance

variables.

$2.$ Try to develop a dynamic model of the system using material and energy

balance equations.

$3.$ Perform degrees of freedom analysis.

$4.$ Develop a transfer function model to correlate the control variable $($output$)$

with the manipulated and disturbance $($input$)$ variables.

$5.$ Identify if it is a first order$/$ second order model.

$6.$ Consider unit step, ramp, and impulse inputs and identify the response of the

output control variable in time domain.
