Turnover can affect other areas of the department and more recruiting is needed when this happens. The main issue with HR's use of data is that there is never a clear understanding of why an employee chooses to leave. Exit interviews can be done, however this doesn't ensure that the full reasoning will be disclosed. Trends and patterns of why past employees left can be reviewed and documented. Pulse surveys can also be performed to gauge where the employee is in order to correct current issues and avoid future employees from leaving. Obviously unethical practices are unacceptable and unwanted, and so is high employee turnover. There may be an issue with ethics somewhere within the company that is causing a high turnover rate but more investigation would need to be conducted. does Any unethical practices can pose a threat to the company and HR if it is not corrected.Explain
