Part A Task 1 - Management System Database (MS - Access) LoanMan Microlending System LoanMan is a company in the business of Microlending services. They provide a wide number of financial services with major focus being short term loan facilitation. The company is currently in the process of replacing their old manual system of using spreadsheet with a new computerised system. In the new system an authorized employee is responsible for capturing the details of new customers into the system. The customer would have applied for a specific product such as short-term loan and long-term loan, the loan details should be captured into the system. The product information will include different services offered by the company such as those mentioned above. Their services are for specific organisation or companies which they have an agreement with only. The System should be able to store information about the following entities: Employee, Product, Loan and Organisation. Employee is responsible for processing the loan of a customer A customer can qualify for one or more products within their services Task to be addressed a. Produce a logical model (Entity Relationship Diagram) which shows how the entities are interacting or the relationships. Indicate foreign keys with letters (FK) on your diagram, and a primary key with the letter (PK) e g. Customer Customer. Firstname, Lastname, Address, OrganisationID (FK). etc). (8 marks] b. Using MS Access produce relational database using the four entities identified above (Task 1.a) together with their respective fields (attributes).
