A customer of a rafting outfitter company drowned in a white water rafting excursion in a Colorado river when her raft capsized because of the guide's negligence. Before the excursion she had signed a release of the outfitter's liability. This trip was her second rafting trip. The first one on a tamer river had been uneventful.
